The 7th Annual Okoboji Summer Job Fair was held at the Roof Garden in Arnolds Park on April 14th, 2023. This yearly event aims to connect local businesses who are looking for summer help with students in grades 8-12 who are looking for summer work. All area schools are invited to participate and this year students from Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven Ayrshire and Harris- Lake Park joined over 250 Okoboji students. The students were able to meet, learn from, and interact with representatives from nearly 50 area businesses looking for employees for the summer and beyond. Connections were made, interviews were scheduled, and students were hired. A great day and a great example of the power of connections between our schools and our amazing community!
